Last updated: 27 March 2026
Welcome to the Culcheth & Glazebury Residents Association website (cagra.co.uk). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Culcheth & Glazebury Residents Association (“the Association”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a voluntary, not-for-profit Community organisation that operates this website for the benefit of Residents in Culcheth and Glazebury.
1. Use Of The Site
You may use this website for lawful, personal and Community purposes only. You agree not to:
- Post, upload or share content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair its availability or functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, user accounts, or connected systems.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data from the site without our written consent.
We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict or terminate access to anyone who breaches these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
2. Accounts And Registration
Certain features of the site — including the Residents’ forum — require you to create an account. When registering you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
- Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.
3. Forum And User-Generated Content
The Residents’ forum is provided for constructive Community discussion. By posting content you:
- Retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site.
- Confirm that your content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Accept that we may moderate, edit or remove posts that breach these terms or our Community standards.
Views expressed by users on the forum are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the Association or its committee.
4. Contact Form And Messages
When you submit a message via the Contact page, the information you provide (name, email, subject and message) is stored so that the committee can read and respond. Messages may be assigned to individual administrators for follow-up. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your personal data.
5. Donations
Donations are entirely voluntary and are made by bank transfer. The Association is not a registered charity. Donations are used to support Community activities and the running costs of the Association. Donations are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise by the committee.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to the Culcheth & Glazebury Residents Association. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Images uploaded to the gallery or news articles may be sourced from Community members or third parties and are used with permission or under fair use for Community reporting purposes. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us so we can address it promptly.
