CPS Centre - Planning Application Update

We have been informed today that Warrington Borough Council has reconsulted Environmental Protection after the applicant submitted an addendum to the Noise Report on 30 March.
This new document is now visible on the Planning Portal. https://online.warrington.gov.uk/planning/index.html

The Planning Officer is waiting for Environmental Protection’s response, and this will form part of the final assessment.

Although the official deadline is 24 April, the Planning Officer can issue a decision at any point before that date. This means the window for residents to make their views known is extremely limited.

If you have concerns or wish to comment on the updated Noise Report, please submit your representation as soon as possible via the Planning Portal.
Late comments can still be accepted while the application remains under consideration.
