Annual Parish Meeting - What It Is and How You Can Take Part
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the electors, not the Parish Council. It’s a legal requirement and provides a chance for residents to ask questions, raise issues, and discuss any matter affecting the parish.10/05/2026
CPS Centre Planning Application - UPDATE
CPS Centre Prior Approval Decision Warrington Borough Council has issued its decision (2026/00199/PA3MA). Prior Approval has been granted, and the Residents Association wishes to set out our position clearly following months of community engagement, workshops and detailed scrutiny of the proposal.06/05/2026

The Culcheth & Glazebury Residents Association is calling on Warrington Borough Council to re-open public consultation on the CPS Centre planning application after a significant new technical noise addendum was uploaded during the consultation period, introducing new evidence that could materially affect residential amenity (especially night-time noise and ventilation assumptions).23/04/2026
