Update on Pending Development in Culcheth

Charlotte has also written to the Minister of State for Housing and Planning to seek clarification on the use of the term “grey belt” and to challenge its misuse by developers. This forms part of the wider work taking place to ensure that local concerns are properly understood at national level.

We are continuing to engage with representatives and stakeholders to ensure the community’s views are fully represented.
