I write to advise that the above planning application is to be referred to the Development Management Committee for determination. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday 23 April 2026. Your comments/objections will be taken into account when the application is determined by the Committee Members.

You are welcome to attend the meeting, which commences at 6.00pm at Warrington Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH. However should you wish to speak at the meeting you will need to register via the Development Management Support Team by emailing devcontrol@warrington.gov.uk by mid-day the day prior to the meeting.

At the discretion of the Chair, you may address the Committee personally for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Chair will allow up to three persons to speak against and up to three persons to speak in favour of the application.

Speakers need to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.

We endeavour to stream the meeting live, which can be accessed by visiting the following webpage Council Committees and Meetings | warrington.gov.uk. The meeting is also recorded and uploaded to the website at a later date, should there be an issue with the live stream.

The agenda is available to inspect at Warrington Town Hall, as per legislative requirements, five clear working days prior to the meeting. An update note may be produced after the issuing of the agenda and will be available on the Council's website (via the below webpage) prior to the Committee.
